Developmental Services Worker Program
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution relevant to the program and course of study (Human Services, Health Sciences, Developmental Services, Developmental Psychology, Growth, and Development, Psychology) or related field. A Master’s Degree is an asset.
  • Significant experience or specialization in the specific area/field of instruction, either through education or minimum 3-5 years of recent and relevant work experience in developmental services, direct support, and/or health and social services.
  • Successful teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
Addictions & Mental Health Program
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Current member in good standing (or eligible to register) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW), and/or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
  • Significant experience (minimum 3-5 years) in providing direct, client-centered clinical social work and counseling using a variety of modalities, with individuals, families, and groups from diverse populations, focused on addictions and mental health.
  • Successful teaching experience at the post-secondary level
Hospitality Programs
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management in a supervisory or management role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of teaching, coaching, or training experience is required.
