Notes: Availability is on a first come first serve basis. Introductory price/ promotional price + $200 application fee. Does not include Kitchenware/cooking utensils, cutlery, kettle, plates, etc., bedding items (pillow, sheets, etc.). No recreation area. No 24/7 security desk. Accommodation Fee applicable.
Payment plan with 3 installments. To secure we require a $200 application fee plus $1000 first installment. Installment #2: $1000 is due by Feb 1, 2024 Installment #3: $1000 is due by March 1, 2024 Move in/out dates. Winter 2024: January 01, – April 30, 2024. Summer 2024: May 1, 2024 – August 30, 2024. Fall 2024: To be confirmed
